Saku by Superbank ('Saku') is an additional savings account created to help you allocate your money according to your goals and needs, such as saving with attractive interest rates or transferring from a specific budget allocation. You can also personalize the name of your Saku as you wish.

Currently, you can create up to a maximum of 8 Saku accounts.

You don't need to worry! With no initial deposit, no minimum balance, and no administrative fees, you can have Saku by Superbank

Here's how:

  1. Open the Superbank app.
  2. Select the Saku product on the Superbank app homepage.
  3. Choose the Saku you want to top up.
  4. On the next screen, click "Add Money" and follow the process.
  5. After successful completion, your Saku will be topped up using funds from the Main Savings account.

Or another way:

  1. Select your Main Savings account on the Superbank app homepage.
  2. On the next page, click "Transfer Money."
  3. Then choose the Saku account you want to top up.
  4. Fill in the details of the amount and follow the process.
  5. After successful completion, your Saku will be topped up using funds from the Main Savings account.

Here's how: :
  1. Open the Superbank app.
  2. Select the "Transfer & Pay" menu.
  3. Choose the destination bank as "Superbank" and enter the Superbank Saku account number that will receive the money.
  4. Enter the amount you want to send and follow the next steps.
  5. After successful completion, the funds in your account will be transferred to the specified Superbank destination account.

Internet/Mobile Banking:

  1. Log in to your Internet/Mobile Banking account.
  2. Select 'Transfer List' and then 'Between Bank Accounts.'
  3. In the Bank list, choose Superbank (formerly PT Bank Fama International) and enter your account number.
  4. Enter the amount you want to transfer to your account.
  5. Follow the next steps to complete the transaction.

ATM

  1. Insert your ATM card and enter your PIN.
  2. Select 'Transfer,' then 'Transfer to Another Bank.'
  3. Enter the Superbank code (562).
  4. Enter your account number and the amount you want to transfer.
  5. Follow the next instructions to complete the transaction.

You can transfer money from Saku to the Main Savings account as follows:

  1. Select the Saku account you want to transfer money from to the Main Savings account.
  2. Select 'Withdraw Money.'
  3. Enter the amount and click 'Continue.'
  4. The money will be successfully transferred to the Main Savings account.

You can transfer money from Saku to another Superbank customer as follows:

  1. Select the 'Transfer & Pay' menu on the main page of your Superbank app.
  2. Select the 'Superbank' logo in the 'Bank List' options.
  3. Click 'Connect Now' to connect your contact data on your phone to find the registered transfer recipient's phone number in Superbank. Alternatively, you can enter the registered Superbank account number, Saku number, or phone number to become the transfer destination.
  4. Enter the fund amount in the transfer amount column, then select the 'Saku' to be used.

Or You can transfer money from Saku to another bank account as follows:

  1. Select the 'Transfer & Pay' menu on the main page of your Superbank app.
  2. Select the bank name in the 'Bank List' options.
  3. Enter the account number to be the transfer destination.
  4. Enter the fund amount in the transfer amount column,
  5. Select the 'Saku' to be used.
