Superbank’s Nominating and Remuneration Committee Charter serves as a guideline and business conduct for the Risk Oversight Committee to perform their duties in accordance with the Financial Services Authority regulation in the banking industry.

This Nominating and Remuneration Committee Charter is part of the Corporate Governance Manual and shall be annually and/or as and when necessary.
