Audit Committee Charter

Superbank’s Audit Committee Charter serves as a guideline and business conduct for the Audit Committee to perform their duties in accordance with the Financial Services Authority regulation in the banking industry.

This Audit Committee Charter is part of the Corporate Governance Manual and shall be annually and/or as and when necessary.
