BOD Charter

Superbank’s BOD Charter serves as a guideline and business conduct for performing management duties of the BOD, which was composed in reference with the prevailing laws and regulations and best practices that applies to every member of the BOC.

This BOD Charter is part of the Corporate Governance Manual and shall be annually and/or as and when necessary.
