BOC Charter

Superbank’s BOC Charter serves as a guideline and business conduct for performing supervisory duties by the BOC, which was composed in reference with the prevailing laws and regulations and best practices that applies to every member of the BOC.

This BOC Charter is part of the Corporate Governance Manual and shall be annually and/or as and when necessary.
