SME Lending

About the Role

SME lending specialist reporting directly to the Head of Lending SME. This individual will also work closely with the credit underwriter, risk management, credit processing team, legal and other stakeholders across Superbank including our group of business such as Grab, Emtek and Singtel. This role will require the person as frontliner on business acquisition to build Superbank’s asset through lending distribution. 

Work Responsibilities

• Generate pipeline on various industry and various product 
• Uses formal processes and enhance financial analysis to improve acquisition process 
• Recommends new processes and tools to simplify the acquisition and onboarding process 
• Develops, maintains, and manages detailed action plans to achieve the target. 
• Creates and maintains process workflow to support business needs.
• Manages all the stakeholders to support our business, ensuring on-time delivery. 
• Maintain and monitor the asset quality on regular basis 
• Address problems thru risk management update 

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline from reputable university and have minimum 3 years of working experience
• With a strong Change mindset to transform the banking industry and are ready to face the enriching and exciting challenges
• Experience as lending sales (lending RM), with a proven track record of handling reputable client 
• Have good analytical thinking including strong capabilities on financial analysis 
• Adaptability, creativity, decisiveness and resilience, and demonstrations of good interpersonal and communication skills
