About the Role

Project Management Officer reporting directly to the Head of PMO. This individual will also work closely with the engineering, business, and other stakeholders across Grab, Emtek and Singtel. This role will require the person to be at the forefront of innovation to build Superbank

Work Responsibilities

  • Assists respective function in streamlining the PMO process and project methodologies across cross-functional departments
  • Uses formal processes and tools to manage resources, tasks, and changes.
  • Recommends new processes and tools to achieve advanced project management.
  • Manages project status and information in the form of formal briefings, project update meetings, and written, electronic, and graphic reports.
  • Develops, maintains, and manages detailed project plans, action item registers, and major milestone timelines for all assigned projects.
  • Creates and maintains process workflow documents to support business needs.
  • Manages all assigned projects to completion, ensuring on-time delivery, meeting budgetary demands, and maintaining overall project ownership.
  • Facilitates and leads project meetings
  • Address problems through risk management and contingency planning and presents solutions and/or option to the SMC

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline from reputable university and have 5 years of working experience
  • With a strong Change mindset to transform the banking industry and are ready to face the enriching and exciting challenges
  • Experience in Project Management roles, with a proven track record of handling challenging projects
  • Adaptability, creativity, decisiveness and resilience, and demonstrations of good interpersonal and communication skills
