About the Role
Payment and Funding team will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring the payment portfolio (i.e Inter Bank Transfer, Direct Debit, QR, & Debit Card). You will work closely with various teams from Product, PMO, Tech, Compliance, Legal, Marketing, Operations, Finance and including 3rd parties.
To succeed in this role, you need to be familiar with financial industry trends, BI & OJK regulation. The ideal candidate should have a clear understanding of end-to-end payment projects, and be able to break down complex issues into executable strategies or achieve business objectives.
Work Responsibilities
- Have ownership over your portfolio, to ensure follow through of the functional deliverables via discussions, updates and action-tracking to ensure alignment to roadmap and delivery plan
- Work closely with key stakeholders and support functions (internal and external) to unlock new business opportunities or improvements.
- Exercise quantitative and qualitative research to derive conclusion on and recommendation for relevant business analysis including but not limited to market sizing, benchmarking, set-up promotion, operations model & strategy, customer pain-points, and business process improvement.
- Be fully up to date with the banking industry landscape & update, especially on the funding & payment area.
Job Requirements
- Minimum a Bachelor's Degree
- Have minimum 3-4 years of experience in Banking, Payment Service Industry/Payment Gateway/Tech companies, specifically from the payment business
- Experience related to growth, setting up promotion and campaign
- A strategic and growth mindset with strong problem solving skills and are proactive, resourceful, independent and technologically savvy
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (e.g., Excel and PowerPoint) or other tools for statistical analysis is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders, partners, etc and strong presentation skills
- A stellar track record of strong prior payments product, process, P & L management experience, as well as having managed a broad spectrum of payment services previously
