Loan Document Safekeeping & Collateral Monitoring Officer

About the Role

Loan Document Safekeeping & Collateral Monitoring officer reporting directly to the operations lead. This individual will also work closely with the Business, Legal, and other stakeholders across Superbank. This role will be responsible for ensuring that loan-related documents and collateral data are safely, monitored and accurately stored. ensure the completeness of documents for credit applications and monitoring the collateral values.

Work Responsibilities

• Ensure all loan-related documents are safely and accurately stored.
• Verifying loan documents and ensuring the accuracy of information on the documents.
• Organizing and storing documents with a structured system that is easily accessible.
• Reviewing and managing loan documentation processes related to loan disbursement and loan settlement.
• Coordinating with internal and external teams to ensure documents accuracy and compliance.
• Ensuring that all necessary documents have been received and processed before loan disbursement.
• Ensuring that loan document storage processes meet the standards and requirements set by the bank.
• Monitoring the collateral values from debtors.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline from reputable university and have 5 years of working experience
• With a strong Change mindset to transform the banking industry and are ready to face the enriching and exciting challenges
• Experience in Project Management roles, with a proven track record of handling challenging projects
• Adaptability, creativity, decisiveness and resilience, and demonstrations of good interpersonal and communication skills
