IT Audit Lead

About the Role

IT Auditor Lead will directly report to the Head of IT Audit and responsible for all audit work relevant to IT and Cyber Security areas.

The IT Auditor Lead will assist the Head with the objective of providing independent, objective assurance and value-added services in improving the effectiveness of risk management, control and governance processes, operations and performance of the bank, developing Internal Audit strategies to support the achievement of Bank strategies, and ensuring the Internal Audit function supports the Audit Committee in discharging its responsibilities as well as Management in its governance, risk and control functions.

Work Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct the audit engagements including the scope and objectives of the individual audits or review
• Propose changes to audit programmes where necessary.
• Perform the audit or review engagements are completed within the budgeted timeline. 
• Update the Head of IT audit and Analytics on the status of the audit on a periodic basis. 
• Review and evaluate completed work, observations and recommendations for accuracy, adequacy, and documentation. 
• Provide on-the-job training and other scheduled training for staff.
• Perform other ad hoc assignments as may be assigned to them by Chief Internal Audit and Head of IT and Analytics
• Draft audit reports
• To Actively manage relationship with senior management and stakeholders
• To perform any audit issue validation where necessary
• Support Chief Internal Audit and Head of IT and Analytics in the risk assessment and development of an appropriate audit approach.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
• Professional Qualification i.e. CISA, CEH, CISSP and/or Regulatory, certification or licensing requirements
• Relevant Working Experience within Banking industry
• Excellent knowledge of auditing (International audit standards and OJKaudit standards)
• Knowledgeable and well versed with the full range of products and services offered by the bank.
• Conversant with Risk Based audit methodology.
• Excellent knowledge in IT aspects including Cyber Security
• Knowledgeable of Banking regulations (OJK and BI) 
• Good written and spoken English skills.
• Good presentation skills
