Infrastructure Security Manager

About the Role

Infrastructure Security (InfraSec) team responsible for laying the foundations of security across our Infrastructure, Cloud and DevOps space to protect our Infrastructure, Applications and data.

This position will report to the Head of Information Security and work closely with DevOps, Infrastructure and Engineering teams and other Information Security sub-teams

Work Responsibilities

• Designing, Developing and Deploying platforms for securing Bersama’s environments across on-premise and cloud.
• Designing and implementing initiatives for Kubernetes and Container Security
• Drive initiatives to ensure data security across on-premise and cloud.
• Help the team to build a secure CI/CD Pipeline.
• Driving the Vulnerability Assessment and Patch Management Program to mitigate the infra risks within stipulated SLAs.
• Troubleshoot, debug, resolve and enhance already existing tools and platforms within the Information Security team of Superbank

Job Requirements

• Strong knowledge and experience with at least one cloud platform like AWS from a security and/or SRE/DevOps perspective
• Strong knowledge and experience with Container and Kubernetes
• At least five (5) years of experience in a DevOps or SRE roles
• Good knowledge and experience with Database and Storage object security.
• Good experience and understanding of tools/platforms like Linux, Terraform, Ansible, Vault, Gitlab CI/Jenkins.
• Decent knowledge of languages like Python, Bash Scripting, and OPA.
• Should have experience in people & performance management, at least for a small team of 1-3 people.
• Should have a security mindset and agile approach towards solving issues.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Good communications skills, proactiveness, eagerness to learn and flexibility.
• Flexible with the ability to cope under pressure and switch between different tasks
• Team player with the ability to proactively collaborate with cross-functional teams
