About the Program

Future Leadership Program/FLP was established in October 2022, with the goal of recruiting the best talents with 0-2 years of work experience. The main goal of establishing FLP is to produce great leaders with comprehensive banking experience in a 1.5 year timespan. In order to achieve this goal, FLP will be rotated into three different departments across Superbank. Below is a high-level overview of the journey that the FLPs will have

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline from reputable university and have less than 0-2 years of working experience, with min GPA of 3.25 
  • With a strong change mindset to transform the banking industry and are ready to face the enriching and exciting challenges
  • Experience in Project Management roles, with a proven track record of handling challenging projects
  • Adaptability, creativity, decisiveness and resilience, and demonstrations of good interpersonal and communication skills
