Corp Infrastructure Specialist

About the Role

Corporate Infrastructure specialist is responsible for the overall operational Infrastructure activities, as well as implementation of standard architecture for environments and Infrastructure domain within Superbank.

The Corporate Infrastructure provide services related with networking, server, and other portfolios within the Infrastructure team and ensure that service request and incident handling are completed in a timely manner, they will also provide second level technical assistance to end users within Superbank.

Work Responsibilities

• Maintain the day-to-day operation of IT Infrastructure services: LAN, WLAN, WAN, Servers, Firewall 
• Provide consultancy for implementation and operation of CCTV system, IP telephony, Access Door SYstem (hardware sizing, IP allocation, etc) 
• Collaborate with other teams to provide infrastructure implementation estimates
• Manage Infrastructure related projects and participate in the execution of IT initiatives, including roll-out of new Infrastructure, implementation of new policies, or improvement of systems under IT portfolios. 
• Implement and maintain server and network architecture 
• Maintain the technical architecture requirements for development, execution and operations environments 
• Contribute in the execution and improvements of IT procedures, policies and goals.
• Collaborate with the Information Security team, in implementing security measures and solve security related incidents, based on existing procedures. 

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computing, Information Technology or equivalent
• Having a minimum of 5 years working experience in managing IT Infrastructure in a medium/large enterprise 
• Not mandatory but having IT Certifications (ex. CCNA, CCNP, ITIL, etc.) will be an advantage
• Able to communicate effectively and professionally in Indonesian and English 
• Experience with common enterprise technologies and concepts, such as Campus LAN, WLAN, WAN, Basic Infrastructure Security, Cloud Infrastructure, ITSM.
• Have at least 5 years of experience in handling at least 4-5 of these: 
  - Switching (VLAN)
  - Routing (static, dynamic)
  - WAN (various site2site, site-multi site solution)
  - Bandwidth Management, QoS
  - Network Load Balancing
  - Network Firewall
  - Experience in working in multiple projects simultaneously
