Let's see how to transfer in the Superbank App!
Here's an easy step-by-step guide to start sending money.
Currently, it's in the limited access phase for a select group of customers. Please be patient as the access for everyone will be open soon.
Select the "Transfer & Bayar" menu on ‘Beranda’ page of your Superbank application.
Choose the "Superbank" icon on the “Daftar Bank”.
Click ‘Hubungkan Sekarang’ to link your phone contacts to search for the receiver’s phone number that is registered in Superbank.
Or you can input the account number, Saku number, or the phone number registered in Superbank as the transfer destination.
Input the amount that will be transferred on the ‘Jumlah’field, then choose your ‘Sumber Dana’. Do you know that you can also transfer directly from your Tabungan Utama or your Saku!?
You can also input sender remarks if needed. Click ‘Lanjut’ to continue the transfer process.
Re -check all data that has been entered, such as the account number and name of the recipient, as well as the amount of funds to be transferred. Then click "Transfer Sekarang" to continue the transfer process. Input your Superbank PIN to authorize your fund transfer.
Transfer money to another Superbank account is completed. You can see the proof of transaction on the "Daftar Transaksi" page and you can share this transaction information by clicking the "Bagikan Transaksi Ini" button.
Choose the "Transfer & Bayar" menu on the ‘Beranda’ page of your Superbank application.
After entering the "Daftar Bank" page, choose the destination bank that will receive the funds from the list of banks provided.Input other bank’s account number that will be the transfer recipient on the field that will appear after you choose the destination bank.
On the transfer page you can input:
- Transfer amount
- ‘Sumber Dana’; account that will be used as a source of fund
- Transfer method used for transfer process
- Transaction remarks if needed
After it is completed, you can click ‘Lanjut’ to continue the transfer process.
Please ensure all the data that you have inputted are correct (i.e account number, and name of the recipient name, as well as the transfer amount, source of funds, transfer method and notes before proceed transfer), because the funds cannot be refunded once the transfer process has been authorized and completed.Click ‘Transfer Sekarang’ to continue the fund transfer process.
Input your Superbank PIN to authorize your fund transfer.
The process of fund transfer is completed.
