About Superbank

PT Super Bank Indonesia (Superbank) is a bank with digital-based services that was launched on February 20, 2023. Superbank is the new brand that replaces PT Bank Fama International (Bank Fama), a commercial bank that was founded in Bandung, March 5, 1993. In 2021, the ownership of Bank Fama was transferred to the EMTEK Group, represented by PT Elang Media Visitama and PT Nusantara Berkat Agung. Following that, Grab through A5-DB Holdings Pte Ltd and Singtel through Singtel Alpha Investment Pte Ltd became shareholders to support Bank Fama’s transformation to become a bank with digital-based services.

Superbank's focus is MSME and retail who need digital financial solutions for better financial management and access to loans that are simple, transparent and flexible.

The number of office networks currently owned by Superbank is 1 head office, 1 main branch office and 2 sub-branch offices.

We are currently transforming into a bank with digital-based services. For now, you can only perform banking activities, such as clearing, transferring funds to a savings or checking account, applying for credit and exchanging money at Superbank branches.

Superbank is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK), and is an LPS guarantee participant.

Your account at Bank Fama remains active even though it has changed its name to Superbank.

Your loan at Bank Fama can still be continued even though it has changed its name to Superbank.

We will inform you if there is a passbook update and others. For now, you can still make financial transactions as usual.

Yes, you can still carry out financial transactions and our financial services as usual at Superbank branch offices.
